I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for all your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm that you have shown in the past year. It has been my privilege to serve as the Vice-Chancellor/CEO of ALFA University College and to witness the many achievements that we have accomplished together.

 

I am proud to highlight some of our notable successes, including the University College status granted in December 2021, the ISO 9001-2015 certification, and the establishment of the ALFA Postgraduate Centre in 2022. These accomplishments are a testament to the tireless efforts and commitment of our academic and professional services staff.

 

I also want to acknowledge the many exciting events that have taken place on and off-campus, involving students, staff, alumni, and the public. These events have showcased the talents, creativity, and diversity of our community, and I encourage everyone to participate in the upcoming activities and programs.

While we celebrate our achievements, we must also recognize the challenges that we have faced and continue to face, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of our learning management system. I appreciate the collective effort and resilience that our community has demonstrated in addressing these challenges, and I want to reassure you that we will continue to work towards improving our systems and processes.

Lastly, I want to acknowledge the cost of living crisis that is affecting our community. I am committed to supporting you and ensuring that you feel valued and rewarded for your hard work.
